The energy efficiency project for multi-family residential buildings in Baru commune, Hunedoara county, aimed at the modernization of 16 collective housing buildings, with a height regime of GF+2 and GF+3.
The interventions were designed to increase the energy performance of the buildings, reduce energy consumption and improve the comfort of the residents, while contributing to the modernization of the urban appearance of the area.
